The Wisdom Field Training

A training for therapists, coaches and anyone who wants a powerful, and easily mastered set of tools and practices for moving forward on a meaningful life path.

The Wisdom Field is a map for healing and balance, offering a clear way forward, particularly at times of transition, when we find ourselves wondering what is next in work, relationship or any other major aspect of life.

At these junctures of personal change, it is essential that we see clearly who we are, what we want and where we are going. If it is part of your mission to help people make choices and set direction from the deepest wisdom available to them, the Wisdom Field training will be uniquely valuable.

The centerpiece of the initial training is The Symbols Way – a profound process that helps us ground our personal issues and circumstances in a larger context of universal wisdom and perspectives - opening up options for moving forward. This process has been used successfully by therapists, coaches and corporate teams to navigate change with greater access to unseen potential.

Participants will get:

Barbara Cecil
Barbara Cecil, M.A., is the principal creator of the Symbols Way process.  She is an organizational learning consultant, and teaches core leadership skills for senior executives. Since 1987, Barbara has pioneered the discipline of dialogue as a foundational capacity for large systems change. Barbara specializes in personal coaching,  community dialogue, corporate and non-profit change, support for emerging young leaders, and courses for women in transition.

Burke Miller
Burke Miller, M.A. is an organizational development consultant, relationship coach and vision quest guide. Burke specializes in facilitating positive change for individuals, executives, leadership teams and couples. His work is grounded in proven leadership principles, wisdom traditions and archetypal psychology. Burke has worked closely with executive leaders in major corporations including Nordstrom, American Century Investments, Mazda and Owens-Illinois.

Debra Silverman    
Debra Silverman, M.A. is a psychologist and educator in private practice for 29 years. She has achieved world-class status through her unique approach to helping individuals, couples and business teams transform their lives and relationships. Debra has taught at the internationally-renowned Esalen Institute, written columns for parenting magazines in the U.S. and Canada and starred on a radio show in Vancouver. Some of Debra’s more well-known clients include Sting and Madonna.
